A Vintage Inspired Easter

Since this year I'm not hosting an Easter Egg Hunt, and, well, it is Easter, I just can't help but blog about it. Here are some of my favorite Easter parties thanks to the fabulous Hostess with the Mostess.

How cool is this centerpiece?!  Love the Carrots!

Like a vintage candy store, I love the display! And the upside down parasols, check them out at Luna Bazaar

DIY centerpieces: Wrap tin cans in paper and fill with garden flowers

Decorate with Fabric!
Check out your local fabric store for spring colored remnants use for table cloths, runners and an adorable pennant banner!

What's an Easter Egg Hunt without kids, bunnies and eggs?!!

Above & below are pictures of last year's Easter party. The printables are from Brown Paper Goods

Lastly I'll leave you with this link on You Tube, although I love bunnies and baskets, this short video reminds me of the true meaning of Easter.
Happy Easter!

Light, Bright and White

I've decided my "dark phase" of interiors is over (no more black walls and dark cabinets).

Instead, in my next house, I want LIGHT, BRIGHT and WHITE! I'm loving colorful, graphic fabrics, light walls and white furniture & cabinets.

What do you like? Dark or Light?  Neutral or Bright?  Natural Wood or White?
